Enjoy a free, 60 minute, all levels vinyasa class underneath the Colorado summer sky! Please bring your mat, towel, water and make sure you protect yourself from the sun! Class will be held on the East Lawn at Foothills in front of the Cinemark Bistro. We hope you will join us for all the next Summer class on August 9th and stay afterwards to mingle, get to know your community, maybe go grab a juice at Nekter or a breakfast taco at Torchy's.

We will have our partner, Onus IV on site to give free B12 shots to energize you for your Summer weekend. So make sure you set aside a few minutes to fuel up! 💚
